Description: |
| The Long Island restaurant offers a luxurious Manhattan-style setting, combined with innovative cuisine featuring a mixture of world-class signature dishes not found elsewhere on Long Island. The Six Degrees menu is an eclectic mix of New American cuisines, featuring many dishes with Asian, Mediterranean and Southwestern flavors - offering a wide variety of delicious items prepared with a contemporary touch.
Diners can choose from delicious starters such as skewered chicken satay with cucumber relish and barely cooked tuna with butternut squash roles and green papaya salad with sweet chili sauce. Signature main courses include pan-seared dry sea scallops with leeks, shallots, fennel, potatoes, truffles and caviar sauce and roasted rack of lamb with eggplant, broccoli and cippolini onions. Six Degrees uses only organic vegetables and free range chickens in their creations, and pride themselves on using the finest, freshest ingredients in every dish. |

This place closed and is now Cafe Toscano. Food is so much better and a lot more choices.

I like the decor of the place. The appetizers were great, pasta were great too. I tried the squab, it's ok, not worth the price though. Desserts are really good. Try the molten chocolate cake.
