| The chef began here fifteen years ago and worked his way up to become a multi-talented chef, through on the job training. Specialities include live Maine lobsters, veal, lamb, pork chops and several fish selections. The juicy porterhouse prime aged steak is mouth-watering and all of the aging and butchering is done in-house. Not only is the restaurant a traditional steak house, it also offers other cuisines. |
