Chani’s Unique Indian Restaurant of Suffolk county, Long Island is his latest venture with a very unique menu of Indian fusion four different ways Indian-French, Indian-Italian, Indian-Oriental and Indian Latin. Here everything on the menu is available 4 different ways-whichever is to your liking, taste and palate. Many distinct and exotic ingredients have been used in the dishes pertaining to the fusion style of the cuisine.
Presentation of the food is very important to Chani and every plate comes out of his kitchen decorated with his own signature style. His edge over other Indian restaurants in traditional Indian cooking is that he uses only fresh ground spices in his cooking which he grinds every 30 minutes in his kitchen. This makes the food very flavorable and using Indian spices with French, Italian, Oriental and Latin foods takes these cuisines to a whole new level.
Chani also has a love for wines especially from exotic locations like South Africa and goes to great extremes to make them available to the patrons of his restaurant. The wine list has over 100 wines and some of them very allocated and hard to get. Each of his fusion dishes have been paired with the appropriate wine for the patron’s enjoyment.
