BAD SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE

I USUALLY ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD IS ACTUALLY GOOD. BUT A YOUNG LADY WHOM USUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL FOR A DELIVERY USUALLY HAS A LITTLE ATTITUDE AND BRUSHES YOU OFF THE PHONE. NOW ADMITING THAT THE FOOD HERE IS GOOD I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THEYRE SERVICE. EVERY TIME I'VE ORDERED FOOD FROM THERE THEY SEND ONLY 2 SOY SAUCES RELIGIOUSLY. EVEN IF THE MEAL YOU ORDERED IS FOR EXAMPLE 20 PEOPLE. THEY WILL STILL SEND YOU 2 SOY SAUCES. EVEN IF YOU ASK TO SEND MORE (BECAUSE YOU ALREADY KNOW) THEY LIE AND SAY YES AND THEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES HOME WITH STILL 2 SOY SAUCES!! I DONT KNOW WHY THEY TRY TO SAVE ON SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE FOR THE CUSTOMER & SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH EACH MEAL. ESPECIALLY IF ITS OBVIOUS THAT THE MEAL IS FOR MORE THAT ONE PERSON. OVERALL, I AM NOT ORDERING FROM THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE BECAUSE I KINDLY ASKED THE YOUNG LADY TO PLEASE SEND 2 MORE SOY PACKETS AND WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED IT ONLY HAD "2"!! I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED TO PUT HIM ON. I DIDNT WANT TO HARASS THE PLACE SO I QUIT IT THERE. BUT THAT WAS VERY INAPROPRIATE.

A casual favorite

China Tea House has a cozy, yet casual atmosphere, with a cute little sushi bar when you enter. The staff is friendly, and the food is also good. I highly recommend the General Tso's chicken. Their chinese food tastes better than the other typical chinese restaurants. With take-out, your meal also includes tea bags!
