Horrible experience

Saturday night we had a reservation for 7 PM. We arrived early to observe that all the tables for 2 were just being seated. At 7 PM we asked the hostess when to expect to be seated. She was rude and very abrasive. She refused to answer when asked when to expect to be seated. We dine out frequently and we have never been treated so poorly in any restaurant. Needless to say, we left and will never return. She could have made the whole experience more pleasant if she would have been a little nicer and we would not have had a problem waiting. When I tried to call the owner I was told that he is not in and not expected. Sure does help the hostess to screen the calls.
