who is the chef at the Shamrock?

ive been there for a birthday party and couldnt believe how awesome the food was! it was always just ok food! i here theres a new chef for about three years now, does anyone no his name or where hes from? unbelievable chef! at eat there at least three times a week now!

Not Your Average Pub!

The Shamrock has excellent pub food to be sure, but threre's so much more! The casual and inviting atmosphere welcomes all comers and is as comfortable as home. There are weekly dinner specials, which are varied and always fresh. While you can choose from the tried and true menu items, the seasonal specials ensure that you can have something different everytime. All of the meals are prepared exellently, and are served in a timely and courteous manner by the unbelievably professional and frienly staff!! One might not expect this level of wonderful cuisine and impeccible service from such a casual establishment. Add, all of this for some of the most reasonble prices on The Island! Their burgers are some of the best around, always fresh and cooked to your liking. The pub fare is amazing, and you'll never be disappointed when sampling the specials! Where else can you find a full 2 1/2 lb. lobster dinner, complete with a dozen steamed Little Necks and corn on the cob for under $25? They also offer a great dessert menu, with coffee, cappucino and espresso. And don't forget to ask your server about their holiday price fix menus. Come on down to "The Rock", Huntington's best kept secret, "Where there are no strangers, only friends who have not yet met"!

Lived in Huntington for years never new how good the food was there. I had Linquini with seafood meatballs with a spicy marinara, For a Irish pub it blew me and my family away!! Highly recommended. The Shamrock is a MUST!!!

Was there years ago! they really cleaned the place up! great food, great service.. Kevin was all over the table entertaining! glad to see hes doing good, His son rocks the kitchen! Great job Shamrocks! I can glady say iam back.. And highly recommend the place to everyone.
